My private clients have been coached successfully on a wide range of issues including work-life balance, career progression and change management.

After an initial phone or zoom call to establish whether we are a good fit, we'd agree an initial session time and place. Coaching can be face to face at my home office in Sheffield or via Zoom and normally lasts up to 90 minutes.
Depending on your needs and circumstances, we can book a session at a time or a series of sessions. Typically people book 4-6 sessions.
The sessions will be tailored to your needs and we will ensure that we are clear what is going to be most useful for you overall and in each session.
The frequency of the sessions will be for you to decide and varies between every week to every month or two
